How to order

  1. Choose your sticker size and material.
  2. Upload one high-resolution QR code image (PNG, JPG, or JPEG) using the required upload field on this product page.
  3. Select Add to cart and complete checkout.
  4. Production begins after your file and layout are confirmed.

Please test your QR code before uploading it. If you need QR code creation or a custom layout with a logo or image, contact us before ordering; an additional design fee may apply.

Sticker sizes

  • Approx. 1.5"  — 16 stickers: ideal for thank-you cards, small mailers, and compact product labels.
  • Approx. 2.0" — 10 stickers: a versatile medium size for boxes, pouches, and cards.
  • Approx. 2.5" — 6 stickers: larger and easier to scan on displays, jars, and containers.
  • Final sticker shape and proportions may vary slightly to best fit the QR code or artwork provided. Square or rectangular layouts may be used depending on the design.

Material guide

  • Standard Matte: soft, non-glossy, paper-like finish for dry paper packaging.
  • Standard Glossy: smooth, shiny finish that makes colors appear brighter; best for dry indoor use.
  • Vinyl Matte: premium, durable matte finish with light moisture resistance.
  • Vinyl Glossy: vibrant, durable glossy finish with improved moisture resistance.
  • Vinyl Waterproof: durable semi-gloss vinyl for bottles, jars, tumblers, equipment, and light outdoor use. Hand wash only; dishwasher and extreme outdoor durability are not guaranteed.

Application notes

Apply to a clean, smooth, dry, flat surface for the most reliable scan. Strongly curved or textured surfaces may affect QR-code readability.

Each order is made to order by J&M’s Workshop in Canada. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
